Very disappointed with the food at GOLDEN INDIAN RESTAURANT & DESI DHABA. I ordered chicken curry with two rotis. The chicken curry tasted like packed curry from the market, not fresh restaurant-made food. The taste was so bad I could not even eat the chicken curry. The rotis also seemed very old, like they were made many days before and then just reheated in the microwave. If want to open a restaurant, you should work hard and serve fresh food to customers. Rotis should be made fresh when customers order. I told them about the food quality and taste, but still paid the full amount for my order. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.

This spot is a must‑try for anyone living nearby or passing through this small town and craving authentic desi khana. We were driving from Florida to Dallas and stopped here for a quick meal—and wow, the flavors were incredible. Their tawa roti is a standout! We ordered the mixed vegetables and kadai paneer, both of which tasted fresh and delicious. I honestly didn’t expect the food to be this good, but it exceeded every expectation. I complimented their management and was told that everything they serve is freshly made, which is great. While the ambience isn’t that of a fine‑dining family restaurant, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The food is INCREDIBLE! The customer service was really good. Nice guy. Very calm atmosphere. Music was on point. Very relaxing and perfect volume. I knew the food would be good but it surpassed what k was expecting ! Thank you for having this business on the road for those of us truckers who appreciate a hot meal made with real ingredients and vegetables!
